Challenge data stays simple.
What We Collect
Prove It collects the basics needed to run challenges: account details, your public screen name, an age range and legal acknowledgements, picks, timestamps, leaderboard scores, creator or admin actions, and optional email preferences. Private golf pools may also record manager-provided entry amounts, payment-status labels, payout calculations, and group notes. You may also choose to share gender, city and state, favorite sports, leagues or teams, and time zone.
What We Do Not Collect
Free public challenges do not require purchase information, identity documents, bank details, or sportsbook-style wagering data. Prove It does not collect bank, card, wallet, Venmo, or other payment credentials for private pools; private group payments happen directly with the manager outside the platform.
How It Is Used
We use required data to confirm eligibility, save entries, and show your screen name on public leaderboards. Optional profile information may help us improve game discovery and recommendations. It does not affect eligibility or scoring and is not shown to partners or sponsors.
Your Choices
Optional profile fields can be skipped or edited from your account. Email marketing remains off unless you choose it. Contact support@culturata.net to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.
